JCJO Went Above and Beyond!

Jump City Jazz Orchestra - May, 2016

JCJO was by far the best band we could have asked for to perform at our wedding. Everyone had a wonderful time, and they kept the crowd dancing from the first song to the very last one! From the extremely professional audition prior to selecting this band to the song selection specifically chosen for each component of the evening and their versatility in letting our friends perform for portions of the band break, JCJO went above and beyond to make this a special evening for us. It particularly stood out to me that, despite not being a typical part of their repertoire, JCJO went above and beyond to learn our college fight song as well as songs for our first dance and our father-daughter dance. This performance was everything we could have hoped for!

Jump City Horns perform in landmark event

The Jump City Horns (aka the Penny Lane Horns) had the distinct honor of participating along with Beatlemania Now as part of the recent celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Beatles first concert in America. Held in Washington DC on Feb 11th 2014, the concert was performed in front of a packed Washington Colliseum and received national media attention.
